Sustainable mobility in practice: Our team cycled and walked to work! 🚲👟🌱 

At our department, promoting eco-friendly solutions goes far beyond theory. A team from the Katedra elektroenergetiky / Department of Power Engineering FEI TUKE, consisting of Jana Varnavčinová, Jozef Kiraly and Róbert Štefko, joined the nationwide campaign Do práce na bicykli under the team name "Mančaft KEE FEI TUKE"! The complete results of their joint effort speak for themselves: 

🏆 8th place in Košice in the Walking category (151.27 km / 41.00 kg of CO₂ saved) 

🚴♂️ 69th place in Košice in the Cycling category (230.97 km / 57.76 kg of CO₂ saved / 53 rides) 

🍃 98.76 kg of CO₂ emissions saved in total and 0 km by car! 

Thanks to their dedication, the Technical University of Košice ranked 251st in the large employer category (over 250 employees).
